LLP Annual Compliance — Form 8 and Form 11
An LLP has its own annual ROC filings, separate from company returns. This quotation-based service covers annual Form 11 and annual Form 8 only, for the LLP and financial year agreed in your quotation.
A clear, limited scopeWe prepare and file these two annual forms using the records and finalised accounts you provide. Accounting, audit, income-tax returns and later changes are separate work. There is no fixed-price package on this listing.
What the two forms do
- Form 11: the LLP annual return.
- Form 8: the annual Statement of Account and Solvency, based on the supplied accounts and required declarations.
Normal filing timetable
| Form | Normal deadline for a 31 March year-end |
|---|
| Form 11 | 30 May — within 60 days of financial-year close |
| Annual Form 8 | 30 October — within 30 days after six months from financial-year close |
We check the actual financial year, first-year position and any officially notified extension before confirming your filing dates. A registration date or an earlier outstanding filing can affect the work needed. These normal dates are not a guarantee that every LLP has the same first filing year.
How the work proceeds
- Confirm the LLP, financial year and earlier filing position.
- Agree the quotation and the information needed for Forms 8 and 11.
- Review supplied records and coordinate the required signatures and certification.
- Prepare the forms for review, file the agreed submissions and share the acknowledgements.
Charges and separate work
Professional charges and applicable MCA filing or additional fees are identified in your quotation. No fixed fee, statutory charge inclusion or new DSC charge is assumed. Missing accounts, an audit, an income-tax return, partner or agreement changes, charge filings and other later work require a separate engagement. There is no automatic year-round support or KYC/reminder subscription.
For income-tax filing, see ITR Filing for Firms and LLPs. For incorporation and the initial LLP agreement filing, see LLP Registration. Companies should use Company Annual Compliance.
Before filing
Complete information, finalised accounts, valid signing arrangements and any required professional certification must be ready. Filing depends on the applicable requirements and portal availability. We confirm the two-form scope before starting; we do not promise exemption from late fees or an authority outcome.
